About us

We are a 50-bed community-owned residential aged care facility located in Alexandra, Victoria. Working under the leadership of our Director of Nursing, we offer support and attractive training opportunities. We want you to love what you do and the team that you work with.

Main Responsibilities

Partnering with residents to develop and review care plans
Overseeing the safe and quality care of residents and delivery of care plans
Responding to clinical deterioration
Overseeing safe administration of medications
Overseeing the performance of clinical care teams

About you

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Maintain leadership and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills for complex issues, clinical assessment, and care planning
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships within a multi-disciplinary team
• Being a value-driven individual, you’re able to role model our values and behaviors
• Have experience working with aged care residents or be willing to learn
• Current registration with APRHA
• Obtain a National Police Certificate

We may offer visa sponsorship to the right applicants.

To meet regulatory requirements, we are expanding our team.

We have positions for qualified Personal Care Workers who with a Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent).

For those interested but yet to qualify,  join our in-house traineeship program and be paid and supported while you attain your certificate.
