New Manager Clinical Care appointed at Kellock Lodge Alexandra Inc.
As a key part of one of the most comprehensive upgrades of quality systems ever undertaken at Kellock Lodge, Cassandra Fraser has been appointed the new Manager Clinical Care.
Cassandra’s key role is to lead in the development and implementation of the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) for Kellock Lodge. She will be supported by a committed clinical and support staff.
John Sharwood, Chair of Kellock Lodge said “The Board and CEO consider the delivery of high quality care to be non-negotiable. The CIP has been informed by a rigorous appraisal of all Kellock Lodge’s systems, processes, policies and procedures. We are delighted at having such a highly qualified and empathetic professional, as Cassandra Fraser, to lead and supervise our clinical staff in delivering high quality care to residents.”
Cassandra is a local mother of two children and is married to Dr Lachlan Fraser. She commenced her nursing career at the Alfred Hospital and has worked at the Eildon Hospital, Darlingford Nursing Home, Mansfield Hospital and immediately prior to Kellock Lodge at the Alexandra Hospital.
Her experience includes nurse unit manager, quality manager and clinical educator. She has a Certificate in Management Aged Care and a Rural and Isolated Practice Registered Nurse (RIPERN) qualification. Cass is also a nurse radiographer and has a friendly and approachable demeanour matched with a quick dry sense of humour.
